After placing first at the state level last April competing against 14 other Tech-Ed students throughout Vermont Chris Govoni attended the National SKILLS USA conference in Kansas City, MO. In attendance were all 50 states, Puerto Rico, The US Virgin Islands and Guam. 48 contestants competed in the welding competition, Chris placed 19th.
